This policy explains what information John's Appliance Service collects when you contact us about an appliance repair, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the phone and email contact we have with customers.
We are an appliance repair company based in Tampa, Florida. We are not in the business of collecting or trading personal information, and everything below reflects that.
Information We Collect
When you call or email us, we collect what you tell us: your name, your phone number, your service address, an email address if you provide one, and the details of the appliance and the fault. We need those to schedule a visit and to bring the right parts.
We keep a record of the work carried out at your address, including the appliance, the diagnosis and the repair. That record helps if you call again about the same machine.
This website does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to submit personal information through a form.
How We Use It
We use your information to schedule and carry out the repair, to contact you about the appointment, to order parts where required, and to answer questions afterwards.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not use it for advertising and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking us to.
When We Share Information
There are limited situations where we pass information on. If we cannot attend and you agree to us forwarding the call to another local provider, we share what that provider needs in order to reach you. If a part has to be ordered, we share what the supplier needs to fulfil it.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond those situations, we do not share customer information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep service records for as long as they are useful for supporting the work we have done, and then no longer than we need them. If you would like your details removed from our records, contact us and we will do it.
This Website
This site is a set of static pages. It does not run advertising, and it does not ask you to enter personal information. The ZIP code checker runs entirely in your browser and nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored anywhere.
The site embeds a map from a third party so you can see where we are based. That embed is provided by the map operator and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us by phone or email and we will deal with it.
